Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods are communicated prior to service. No payments are accepted through the website.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

• Providing clear and safe access to the assembly area

• Informing She & Screws Assembly Co. of any special instructions or concerns in advance

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing parts, incorrect items, or unsafe working conditions.

Assembly Limitations

She & Screws Assembly Co. is not responsible for:

• Manufacturer defects

• Structural flaws in furniture or equipment

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage caused by improper use after assembly

All items are assembled according to manufacturer instructions.

Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide safe and professional service, She & Screws Assembly Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Warranty of Service

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any concerns related to assembly must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
